Such a fun vibe here!! I love the art, the murals, the funny sayings, and all the bright fun colors! It's a very relaxed, drama-free place, with great tasting food, and friendly, personable service. The prices were good for the portions we received, and the food was so very delicious!! Think this might be one of our family's new favorites.
I recently visited Tijuana Flats for the first time, and I can confidently say it was one of the best dining experiences my family and I have had in a while! Although there was a small mistake with my order, the incredible service provided by the manager, Bee, and associate, Lauren, completely made up for it. From the moment we arrived, Bee and Lauren went out of their way to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable. They were attentive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. When the mistake with our order was brought to their attention, they immediately fixed it with no hesitation and even offered us a free dessert as a gesture of goodwill. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way Bee and Lauren handled the situation was a testament to their commitment to exceptional customer service. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive and memorable one. Thank you, Bee and Lauren, for making our first visit to this Tijuana Flats location such a fantastic one. My family and I will definitely be back soon!
Always a great place to grab a good meal. Your chicken wings are my FAVORITE!!! I always got the chicken nachos when you served them with black olives but I now either order the wings or the chicken bowls. Definitely a great atmosphere and good vibes.
First time dining here. The food was very good and excellent service. We would definitely be returning at some point. The dining area is kept very clean and there is also an outdoor dining area.
We come here often. The staff is friendly and the food is good. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The ground beef and shrimp tacos are our usual go to items. The queso is better when it is beefy queso. The cookie dough flautas were okay. Since this is a strip mall, parking is technically plentiful, but can be busy at times. Some of my older photos aren’t attached to this review for some reason.
The staff is amazing They come and check on us more often than any sit down restaurant I have ever had table service at. I absolutely LOVE the Sauce Bar of all the different flavors and styles of hot sauces and the weekly specials and loyalty perks are fire !!! I want to be part of the team- that's how awesome they are. Oh, and can't forget the way cool tattoos the kids get.
5 stars for what it is...fast dining. Huge burritos, mega sized tacos. Probably 15 sauces to chose from. Fresh ingredients. We'll be going back again.
Love this place!!! We come here every week....it's our ritual after the Flying Squirrel....The food is delicious and the staff couldn't get any more amazing!!! Our fave is always Mikey, so nice and helpful. Portions are great and everything is very clean.
